Who we are

What we collect, and why

When you ask about a show: your name, your hotel or company, your email, your phone number if you give it, your dates, the show you have in mind and your message. We use them only to answer you and to prepare an offer.

When you apply for a role: your name, email, country, skills, the video link and the CV you attach, and your message. We use them only to review your application and to contact you about it. We do not ask for your age, a photo of you or any sensitive information: please do not include them in your CV.

We process these details to take the steps you ask for before a possible contract (GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)). We never sell them and never use them for advertising.

Who sees your details

Only the Alter Ego Pro team in charge of bookings or recruitment. The services that carry them for us:

Cloudflare: hosts this website.
Google (Gmail): our mailbox, where requests and applications arrive.
Web3Forms: delivers the show requests sent through the form to our mailbox.

How long we keep them

Applications and CVs: 24 months after we receive them, then they are deleted, unless you are hired. Show requests: as long as we are discussing or working together, then up to 3 years.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your details, or object to their use: write to alteregopro.audition@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
